I got this card as part of my 3 card round last round. I have no idea if there will be a better offer than 50,000 point card on the way or if this will be one of the cards that gets knocked down to the 25,000 range. Either way, you now know what I know! – René

PS – keep in mind that Chase does tend to “BUMP UP” the bonus inside 90 days if a better offer comes out – but not the other way around!

  1. @MSP – you may be right or it may go down. Here is the deal with Chase, inside 90 days you can ask to BUMP UP but not the other way! – Rene

  2. Well…I got an email offer today for 50k points + 1 night (upto cat 5)…no first yr fee, $85 afterwards with one free cat 1-5 nights on anniversary

  3. I just got an email for a Marriott Visa:
Reward yourself by earning more amazing experiences faster and apply for the Marriott Rewards® Premier Credit Card. Apply by September 30, 2012, and you will earn 50,000 bonus points* after you spend $500 in 3 months and a FREE night stay* (Category 1-4) after account approval — together that’s enough for 7 free nights at a Category 1 hotel or 6 free nights at a Category 2 hotel.*

Plus, you will receive an additional free night stay (Category 1-5) every year after your account anniversary date.*

As a Premier Cardmember, you’ll also receive:
    • No foreign transaction fees †
    • 15 Nights Credit toward your next Elite membership level every year after your account anniversary.* Plus, earn an additional Elite Night Credit for every $3,000 you spend on the card.*
    • Unlimited rewards accumulation including:

    • 5 points for every $1 spent at over 3,500 Marriott® locations*

    • 2 points for every $1 spent on airline tickets when purchased directly with the airline, and at car rental agencies & restaurants*

    • 1 point for every $1 spent on purchases anywhere else*

Plus, apply now and the introductory annual fee is $0 for the first year; thereafter $85!†

  4. Applied got “your app needs review”. Expecting to have to fight the reconsideration line. Already have a Sapphire and Amtrak with Chase, that’s probably a concern for them.

  5. There is a better 70k “hidden” offer available. I suggest you post that one instead.

  6. @Steve – per Chase I can not put up “wild” links that are not approved but I did approve the comment to the FT post about it that has info! Txs – Rene

  7. Got approved yesterday for the 70K offer which had through 8/31 to apply. It was targeted I’d guess.
