Tomorrow’s AM post will miss the e-mail blast but check back after lunch as I will be touching on some interesting Delta topics Saturday & Sunday:

  • Selling upgrades at the gate
  • The impact of group sales on MQM’s
  • Lessons about bumping
  • 767-300 seats
  • The good & bad of Skyclubs
  • Money well spent when flying
  • GoGo on the ground?
  • And a bit more…

After living on Delta jets for 2 days straight I am a bit fuzzy so bottom line is I need a clear head and I need to finish the post tomorrow. To make up for it and your time to check back I will be giving away 4 Delta Amenity coupons (a blog gift from a loyal reader from the Chicago DO)! – Rene

  1. Question: as someone about to embark on her first true mileage run, when you are in the midst of a mileage run, do you ask yourself “what am I doing”? Maybe its like running marathons, except the reward is different..?

  2. @Vicente – ah, very sorry, duh, sleepy still. I will cover that in the post (still working on it and how to split info today and tomorrow). A ton of data and info. Txs – Rene

  3. I’m waiting for selling upgrades at the gate. I noticed this last year or early this year? What’s up, holding upgrades even when there’s Gold’s on the upgrade list. Not playing nice with Elites Delta?

  4. Thanks, it’s been bugging me for awhile. Probably time to take a break REne. lol ps I updated my email add. for some reason it was wrong. lol again
