The BestWestern 50,000 point card deal is gone now but if you have not looked at the Choice card you still have a few weeks left to get the deal.

The 24,000 point Choice Card

The other deal for us south of the border is the:

Chase BOLD  &  Chase INK PLUS cards.

I have no way to confirm the talked about rumor that the spend on the card will drop soon, but the one day I did blog about the “mistake” release showing it, many readers were able to match to the lower spend when the offer was open to the public. Unlike AMEX, Chase is just great about matching the current deal if you got the card within the past 90 days. I plan to go for the INK plus during my next round on the way soon. It is a great card for so many reasons, not the least of which is the 50,000 Ultimate rewards points it gives you!

Also thanks for so many GREAT ideas for Rookie Wednesdays. Please keep them coming for a chance to win a $25 AMEX gift card! – Rene

  1. There is a much better Choice credit card deal available for 24,000 points after your first purchase and 16,000 points after your first stay at a Choice property. This 24K + 16K deal has been active for over a year and many folks continue to take advantage of it:
Click on “Terms and Conditions” for the details.
there are threads on both Flyertalk and Milepoint in which people report receiving their 40K.

  2. @Bob – there is a ton of CODE in your link and I can not promise the points. Plus it needs a stay. Thanks for the comment but i can not post that kind of link in the blog “proper” but did put up your comment so readers can do as they want. – Txs Rene
