#TheReason2BeDiamond, #TheResaon2LoveDelta and I could go on and on. In my brilliant planning for this Hawaii mileage run I positioned to Texas. After all, how much real winter does Houston get. But then, ICE seems to like it here.

I was to be routed HNL-LAX-SLC-IAH but IAH canceled. Not just for my inbound but for my outbound. But Delta was there for me before I could even get worried about it. They rebooked me onto United and I even got to fly the 787 for the first time. Plus, I am rebooked for my return as well.

I will have much more later today about the trip and some more thoughts about how it all worked out as well as a full trip report, reviews of the OUTSTANDING Sheraton IAH as well as the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Stay tuned! – René

See you in the club one day, or at least, on the “red carpet”.
