There are many ways to work this one. Clearly, for lowest CPM, you need to do the route via ATL and that is non-upgradeable. You can route: DFW-MSP-SFO-HNL-LAX-DFW at much more reasonable times and have a shot at most upgrades for all the routes but your CPM hits the mid 5’s. I personally would rather do that but your call. You can fly down to DFW after work Friday, do the run, spend some time at the Centurion DFW Sunday and then fly home. A LONG weekend of flying but lots of points. Here are the numbers:

  1. For those of us on the East Coast, same deal applies to PHL->HNL for 4.5 to 4.8cpm, depending on the routing. All routes are at least 10k miles.
