award wallet plus 6 month upgrades

This week I am giving away multi-gifts. That is, tomorrow night, Sunday the 8th at about 8PM-ish ET (edit: Wednesday PM), I will give to 5 winners each two of the $29.99 value EACH Shutterfly free photo book codes and also a 6 month Award Wallet plus extension codes as well.

For those who do not know, HERE are the rules for swag Saturday and by commenting you are agreeing that you have read and understand the rules.

Next what I need from you for a shot at winning via Random.org is simply this. Tell me, despite all the changes at Delta, just what is your current favorite American Express travel card(s). Maybe it is still a Delta co-Branded card or maybe it is another one?

You tell me what your pick is and that is it. If you want to tell us why that is fine too! Have fun – René

PS – Txs to reader Lars-Erik for the Shutterfly codes!

By far the Platinum card; I get some lounge access, $200 credit toward airline fees, can transfer miles, and a host of other benefits.

  2. My favorite is the Everday for one year, then I’ll probably downgrade. I only keep a Delta no fee co-brand around for Small Business Saturday and for the age of the account.

  3. Was Delta Reserve but I dropped one of them for the Platinum; Delta’s not showing us much love right now so I thought I’d show them a little less as well! (But I still want the MQM’s)

  4. Definetly the Platinumm Card or Centurion once the ever invite me.

  5. I like my SPG AmEx card most of all. I use it at Costco gas stations and can use it for hotel or airline awards.

  6. I like my Hilton AmEx card. Their hotels are always nice and I get some nice perks of extra points on some categories.

  7. About to get a Amex Platinum, wife got targeted for 100k signup bonus, hard to beat that.

  8. I guess gold DL, for flexible redemptions.
BTW, TPG has a post about UA miles being redeemable for cruises, and speculates DL might follow suit. Heard any rumblings? That would be cool if the rates are decent.

  9. I was just approved for amex business gold this week, so i will be using it.

  10. What I have and my favorite are two different issues. I have the Reserve for the MQM’s, but since I’m strongly considering abandoning Delta (one could argue that Delta has left us!) I don’t know that it’s worth the annual fee, in which case I’ll probably switch to the SPG or Platinum.

Well I guess the Target prepaid REDcard isn’t a travel card otherwise it would beat out the Unbranded platinum AMEX as my favorite! Where would my life be without those two gems. Platinum AMEX is my first card. Unless they offer me the black Centurion you’ll have to pry it away like they did my first car. #love

  12. Amex Platinum personal, for airline fee credit & other benefits.

  13. I would jump on the Platinum if I got the 100k offer, but for now it’s the preferred rewards gold. I got a nice retention bonus and the $100 in airline credits will be useful this year.

  14. Have the co-branded platinum and reserve. Reserve for the MQMs and don’t know why I keep the platinum.

  15. The DL Reserve. Every little bit helps when it comes to upgrades for DMs these days.

  16. AMEX Everyday Preferred is a keeper! Love 3X Grocery cat + 50% bonus for making 30+ transactions per month.

OBS! / NOTE: The terms state that the photobook codes can only be used once per account and/or billing address.
