join voila get 1000 hotel points

Right now if you join Voila Hotel Rewards you get 1000 points <-LINK. What can you do with 1000 Voila points? You can get a few bucks off an Amazon gift card.

get a 25 gift card for 1k plus 22

Via their partner redemption you can spend your 1,000 points and $22 more and get a $25 e-Gift card instantly delivered to you.

Now I know $3 is not much but hey it is $3 free if you are going to go shopping at Amazon today. You could even, after you get your code, support RenesPoints blog by going to Amazon from our <-link to shop with it (thank you BTW)!

Anyway, here is how I found this little gem and it may help you even more. You see I am a total points enthusiast. YEARS ago Gary had a post about being able to get GOLD status with Voila and 5000 bonus points for free. I did it because anytime I can get any bonus points for free I do it. Why not, a few clicks are worth my time for points.

voila 1

Well it has been years since I joined and never touched the points. I did track them via Award Wallet <-LINK and it was one of the programs I just looked at day after day after day. Then I started looking if they had new redemption options and found the Amazon Gift card choice as you see above.

For me the 5,000 meant I only had to pay $10 to get a $25 Amazon Gift cad. Sweet. #Winning!

voila 3

I ordered the reward and it was instantly delivered to me and I got use out of some points for a hotel program I will never ever use or likely ever stay at (but I still seem to have lifetime Gold status with them).

Anyway, you can make $3 bucks on this quick little deal. Maybe you can scale it up a bit if you have a big family as everyone in the home could join the program and get a discount code each?

For the rest of us who years ago followed Gary’s advice and have some some orphaned points sitting around, turn them into something more usable! – René

EDIT: There is also a promotion you can register for and you will then get 1,000 more bonus points! 🙂
