The OTHER thing is that if the IFE is in the armrest, which on some Delta planes it is, it actually REDUCES seat width. That’s not very “Comfort+” now is it? I sat in the bulkhead row flying in Comfort + on a Delta 767-400ER going to Barcelona from JFK a couple of years ago. WORST flight of our trip. When we landed in Barcelona, we were NOT happy. The upgrade to Delta One would have been much more worth it, than paying a bit more for Comfort+ and not getting a damn appreciable difference for the upgrade. Comfort+ is bogus, it’s NOT a PE product, it’s an Economy seat, with a different padding and that’s ALL it is.
