Doesn’t “Amsterdam Fog” sound like a hot beverage or 1970s rock band? (Some friends once told me about a fog or haze they felt after a few days in Amsterdam — but I think that was something different altogether.)
Unfortunately, this Amsterdam fog is a weather condition that may affect flights at Schiphol Airport (AMS) during the next two days. Delta issued a travel waiver today for passengers traveling through AMS on Delta operated and marketed flights on December 4 and December 5.
Tickets must be reissued on or before December 8, with rebooked travel commencing no later than December 11.
Passengers may make a one-time change without being assessed a fee, though fare differences may apply.
Visit the weather waiver’s alert for more information and learn about how Delta weather waivers work in general.
