Shut out of your Delta Air Lines SkyMiles account? You’re not the only one. Delta is experiencing a known technical issue right now preventing SkyMiles members from logging in — and being able to view and change itineraries through their accounts.
Through a message on the Fly Delta app, the airline notes “there is no impact to flights or airport operations” and “you can tap ‘Continue As Guest’ to use the app.”
As of 2:30 PM EST/11:30 AM EST, Delta hasn’t issued any official statements via their Twitter account. But they have been individually responding to complaints.

I can access my SkyMiles account information, Chris; so I believe this issue has been resolved…

What’s weird is that I wasn’t using the Delta app today but a few hours ago I got a pop-up notice on my phone from the app that just said “Test”. I figured something was up.
I’ve been noticing an issue with Delta’s website for some time now: multi-hundreds-of-thousands-of-miles prices for simple US to Europe business class awards! Hope they fix it soonish…
