Just one day after Delta Air Lines issued travel waivers for five Italian destinations, it’s now extended the policy to all of Italy.
Reported coronavirus COVID-19 cases in the country went from 80 to 400 within the span of about one day.
The Delta waiver is effective immediately through March 15. Tickets must be reissued by March 15. Rebooked travel must commence no later than April 3.
Passengers may make a one-time change without being assessed a fee, though fare differences may apply.

delta can also go issue a travel advisory on PVG and ICN, you know, the 2 hubs they’ve only been hyping for months and year.
@henry LAX: They suspended flights to PVG; and yesterday, they announced some changes to ICN.
