If you can’t visit Disneyland (because it’s, you know, closed), then build it at home! That’s the approach the Thorncock family took. They constructed “Pirates of the Caribbean” — their favorite Disney ride — inside their house.
The DIY attraction includes fun recreations from the real thing: A stairway serves as the big drop before Dead Man’s Cove. A would-be drunken pirate swigs from a bottle. The family’s dog plays jailkeeper.
The Thorncocks recorded their creation and posted it on YouTube.
“It only took us about an hour-and-a-half to put everything together,” Brin Thorcock told SyFy Wire. We shot it on our phones and I edited in my phone as well!”
Yo-ho, yo-ho!
