Spirit Flight Diverted After Ugly Fight

Spirit flight 709 from LAX to Detroit diverted to Des Moines last week after a “bloody brawl” broke out.

A passenger trying to get some sleep on the redeye apparently was very upset about other travelers being too noisy.

According to Click on Detroit, one passenger said crews “didn’t clean the blood” and passengers “sat there for two hours, everyone sucking everyone’s coronavirus.” She also claims flight attendants refused to get involved because they “don’t get paid enough.”

NFL Cancels 2020 Games in London and Mexico City

Football fans who planned to enjoy this year’s international games: I have bad news for you.

The NFL announced today it canceled five regular season games scheduled in foreign markets: four in London and another in Mexico City.

If there’s a season this year, all games will be played in the US.
