Oh, and California now allows foie gras. But only under certain circumstances. (Leave it California to regulate something like foie gras, for gosh sakes.)

Watch Your Butts: Vegas Casinos Changing Smoking Guidelines
While several politicians might be blowing smoke about COVID-19 facts and myths, some Las Vegas casinos want to clamp down on smoking, period.
Park MGM (FKA Monte Carlo) will apparently be the first completely non-smoking hotel in Vegas. (Ironically, that building has experience dealing with smoke…)
The LVRJ reports that Venetian and Palazzo “updated its health and safety plan to ask table game players and spectators to refrain from smoking or vaping.”
Smokers at Wynn’s table games must mask up — “unless actively smoking.” Sahara (formerly SLS Las Vegas which was formerly Sahara…) requests players step away from tables to light up and enjoy their smoke of choice.
