Now that Tropical Storm Laura has taken up temporary residence in the United States, Delta Air Lines made a couple of changes to its previously issued weather waiver.

Change fees are waived through tomorrow, August 28, for Delta travel through the following airports:

Alexandria, LA (AEX)
Baton Rouge, LA (BTR)
Gulfport, MS (GPT)
Houston – Intercontinental, TX (IAH)
Houston – Hobby, TX (HOU)
Lafayette, LA (LFT)
Little Rock, AR (LIT)
Memphis, TN (MEM)
Monroe, LA (MLU)
New Orleans, LA (MSY)
Shreveport, LA (SHV)

Little Rock and Memphis weren’t included in the first waiver.

Tickets must be reissued on or before August 31, with rebooked travel commencing no later than the 31st, as well.

Passengers may make a one-time change without being assessed a fee, though fare differences may apply.

Visit the weather waiver’s alert for more information and learn about how Delta weather waivers work in general.
