    I enrolled in this offer. On my November 14 and December 14 AMEX statements my bonus miles and bonus MQMs posted, They showed in my Skymiles account within 48 hours. For my $6,000 spend Dec 14-31, there were 3,000 bonus miles and 3,000 MQMs for this promotion that showed on my January 14 AMEX statement, but as of March 13 they still haven’t posted to my Skymiles account. I talked to AMEX late January, had an extended call on February 8, and another long call with them about this on March 8. All three times I was told it would be researched. Nothing happens though. Skymiles customer service (I am DL Platinum) says it is up to AMEX to credit the bonuses. Anyone else have this problem ?
