The artist behind the all-too-catchy-and-ubiquitous song “Happy” is now a hotelier! Musician-producer-entrepreneur-etc-etc Pharrell Williams opened The Goodtime Hotel in Miami.

Urban Daddy says the property is a “collaboration between Williams and nightlife mogul David Grutman” and “just a Mojito’s throw from South Beach.”

And there’s a big-time Wes Anderson theme to the place.

France Suspends Flights to/from Brazil

Coronavirus variant concerns have prompted France to suspend flights between there and Brazil.

ABC News explains, “Although France has seen comparatively few known cases of the P.1 variant striking Brazil, the ravages it is causing in Latin America’s largest nation are increasingly raising alarm bells in France.”
